Prepare the MAGGI Chicken noodle and keep it aside. Heat oil in a wok. Slightly temper the onions, garlic and chicken. Add the vegetables and continue tempering.
Add the pre prepared noodles and sprinkle the MAGGI Jumbo chicken cube. Stir fry the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the chopped spring onion leaves and stir well. Take off the fire and leave aside.
For each omlette use 2 eggs each. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the eggs and beat lightly with a folk. Heat oil in an omlette pan. Pour the beaten eggs to the pan. Leave for a few seconds, and then stir slowly with a folk.
When the omlette is half cooked place a 1/4th of the previously prepared noodle mixture in the middle of the omlette and fold the omlette over. Cook till the omlette is done. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs and serve warm.
Chicken & noodle omelet is a nutritionally rich meal with a combination of variety.
Adding variety of ingredients like chicken, vegetables and limited amount of oil is important for a balanced diet.
