To make the marinade, combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth, about 45 seconds.
Put the raw chicken in a bowl and add the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Remove chicken from marinade and put onto skewers.
Turn on the broiler to the highest setting
Place meat skewers under the broiler. Grill chicken skewers for 12-16 minutes (turning every 3 or 4 minutes) — until well browned.
