  • 1 MAGGI chicken seasoning cube
  • 1 cup string hoppers (cooked and chopped)
  • ¼ cup green peas (cooked)
  • ¼ cup chickpeas (cooked)
  • ¼ cup leeks (chopped)
  • ¼ cup carrot (chopped)
  • ¼ cup tomato (crushed)
  • ½ tsp garlic (chopped)
  • ½ tsp ginger (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp chillies (crushed)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 scrambled eggs

Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Lightly fry the ginger and garlic and add the onion.

Step 2

Next add the tomato and crushed chillies. Add 1 tbsp of water. Mix well and remove from heat after a couple of mins. Mash the mix together and keep aside.

Step 3

Heat another 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the leeks and carrots for a couple of mins. Add chickpeas, green peas the MAGGI seasoning cube and the scrambled eggs and stir-fry for a few minutes. Then add the mashed spicy tomato mix.

Step 4

Finally, add the chopped string hoppers and some salt to taste. Mix well before removing from heat.

Step 5

Serve warm.
