  • Garlic Paste 50g
  • Ginger Paste 20g
  • Chilli Powder 2tsp
  • Star Anise 2 nos
  • Bay Leaves 2 nos
  • Garam Masala 2tsp
  • Cardamom 3 nos
  • Mace 1 nos
  • Cinnamon 2 nos
  • Turmeric 1-2tsp
  • Salt 2tsp
  • Water 1200ml

Step 1

Heat ghee in a large, heavy-bottomed pot. Add whole spices including cinnamon sticks, curry leaves, bay leaves, mace, star anise, and cardamom pods. Sauté until fragrant and aromatic.

Step 2

Add sliced onions and ginger-garlic paste to the aromatic oil. Sauté until onions turn golden brown and paste becomes fragrant.

Step 3

Add prepared vegetables including diced carrots, green beans, bell pepper, broccoli florets, and green chilli. Sauté until vegetables are partially cooked but still retain crunch.

Step 4

Add turmeric, garam masala, chilli powder, MAGGI Rasa Musu, and MAGGI Vegetable Seasoning Cube. Mix thoroughly to coat vegetables evenly with spices.

Step 5

Add fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, and salt. Mix well to distribute herbs throughout the mixture.

Step 6

Add washed samba rice and measured water. Mix gently, bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer until rice is perfectly cooked and aromatic.
