Heat oil in a saucepan, and saute onion, garlic, red chilli, bell-pepper and zucchini
Add tomato paste and tomato; cook till vegetables turn light brown
Add shrimp, calamari and clams and cook till shrimps turn light pink
Add rice to saucepan with butter and mix till rice is coated
Place the rice in a rice-cooker, add stock and cook
Once cooked, fork rice to separate the grains and mix in parsley and dill
Serve immediately.
