Cut chicken breast into strips
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and saute the chicken, garlic, bell peppers and onions till onions become light brown and chicken is cooked
Season with Rasa Musu, salt (if spicy flavours are preferred, add a teasoon of chilli powder) and remove from heat and divide into 4 equal parts
On a flat pan over low heat, place the flat bread, spread a portion of cheese on half
Spread a portion of the chicken mixture over the cheese followed by coriander, pickled chilli, nai miris and sprinkle lime juice
Close the flat bread and toast over low heat till the cheese has melted
Serve whilst warm
