Preheat oven to 2200C
Peel & cut potatoes into 2 – inch cylinders.
Heat Oil.
Place cylinders in the oil.
Fry both sides until well –browned.
Add the butter & cook until it foams.
Coat the potatoes with the foaming butter.
Season with pepper & salt.
Transfer the potatoes on to a skillet.
Pou in MAGGI chicken stock.
Popp in oven and bake until potatoes are creamy inside ( about 30 mins).
