For the filling:
Heat the oil. add curry leaves, garlic, ginger, onions, green chillies and stir well.
Add mackerel or tuna, potatoes, turmeric, chilli powder, pepper, Maggi seasoning cube, mix well and set aside.
Combine sugar, instant yeast & water. Mix well and set aside.
Combine all purpose flour, salt, mix well.
Make a hole & add the yeast mixture and mix
Add the milk and knead until a non-sticky ball forms.
Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes
Divide dough into equal small sizes and allow to rise for 10 minutes
Flatten dough ball to a disk shape
Place a scope of filling mixture and fold into triangular shape.
Place on greased tray & brush with egg yolk
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
