Heat oil and fry the chopped mixed vegetables for 4-5 minutes. Add cabbage, green chilies and corn flour and sauté for a minute.
Add the water, noodles and crumbled MAGGI chicken cubes. Bring to boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
