Cook the noodles 1 minutes less than the packet instructions,drain and set aside
Mix together 1 packet of maggi curry seasoning ,soy sauce and chilli flakes and set aside
Heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil, add the onions and cook until it starts to caramalize then add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the seafood and toss until cooked, remove and set aside
Add a teaspoon of oil, and add the sliced beans and carrots stirfry until cooked,add eggs and scamble then add the noodles and the soysauce mixture and toss to combine.
Top with sliced spring onions
