Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil, add the spaghetti then follow package directions and drain
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet with sides
Add onions and cook until the onions are translucent (about 5 minutes), then add the ground chicken and cook until browned (about 10 minutes). Add the tomato puree and cook for further 5 to 10 minutes, add 1 MAGGI chicken stock cube, basil leaves and salt to taste, cook for a further 3 to 5 minutes
Plate the spaghetti and pour the chicken sauce on top, garnish with Parmesan cheese (optional)
