Tropical Fish Chowder

  • 35g butter
  • 500g swordfish (thalapath)
  • 200g potato
  • 200g carrot
  • 50g celery
  • 100g onion
  • 50g green beans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1sprig thyme
  • 5g dill leaves
  • 500ml Maggi vegetable stock (1cube)
  • 1pkt Maggi rasa musu
  • 300ml thick coconut milk
  • 1tbsp flour
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Step 1

Sauté onion, garlic, carrot, celery, thyme and potato

Step 2

Add stock and 100ml coconut milk and bring to simmer

Step 3

Add the fish and correct seasoning

Step 4

Simmer for approx. 5 minutes and add coconut milk

Step 5

Remove from heat and serve

Step 6

Garnish with dill and lemon slices

Done
