Cook the noodles for 1 minute less than the packet instructions
Heat 1 tbs vegetable oil in a wok over high heat until smoking.
Add vegetables and cook, stirring regularly, until lightly browned, for about 2 minutes.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add eggs and scramble, then add the cooked noodles, pepper and soy sauce. Toss to combine.
Top with sliced spring onions
